If you are successful at your interview, you will be assisted to source employment in your area. An interview/trial day will be arranged with the employer(s) and if successful they will complete the safe recruitment checks required.

The timeframe varies according to individual needs but it typically takes 12–18 months. There is no set timescale to achieving the Apprenticeship and we encourage everyone to work at their own pace and according to their abilities.

You’ll have a dedicated assessor who will guide you, carry out regular reviews, and support your progress. Your training plan will be tailored to suit you, and your assessor will regularly review these arrangements. Visits to the workplace will take place regularly at agreed times to observe and assess set tasks and written work. You will also receive ongoing pastoral support, access to online training alongside our monthly training sessions with our experienced trainer.
